Hacker XD on server 37

Hi,

Im jon14pau of server 37 can admin/support or anyone on haypi tell me who the hell hack my account. Im a supah active player on that server and because of church activity yesterday i didnt play and when i came back and try to log in my account its already incorrect password. I tried to retrieve it and saw at my mail that my password was changed to "wtf143" and upon opening it its now like this:

I believe i wont be rank 1 on ladder using only 2 poe and a cheecky. And wont be highest level. Hope u can do something about this XD. And please do something to the account or person who did this to my account.

And please inform me who did this i know you guys can check the IP address when my monster and items were deleted. And i know you can retrieve my account by just reseting it the day before it happen.

Im hoping being a VIP5 will help me with this issue.

i highly doubt being vip 5 will help any, but ive heard of people getting monsters reconstruckted so try add it to support insted, they might be able to help you

It's called stop giving your password out to other players. This is all I see around Haypi lately... People giving each other there passwords and letting others use their account.

Haypi needs needs to do put account sharing against the TOS. People are to lazy to play themselves or use the other persons account to boost.

They can fully restore the account (they have restored mine) but they can't retrieve gold and you will need to list everything missing. Better hope the guy didn't delete the moves off the monsters before sacrificing as they can't restore skills (again happened to me) best of luck however I know how you feel support will be able to help.
