Finished Ocean Abyss Expert Mode and no scroll! What gives?

Damn cong, as always, you finished 1st. I took a pic of full team to give you guys an idea. But Electric and Pewgway(taunt & curse) combo work really well here. Then Levi and Claw to help take out the left over. I still don't think is possible to do it with all epics yet. My alt is at OA9 and I am still trying to find a way to beat it. But some of the later maps required at least a Levi and Gryphion. Anyway, good luck to those who try to complete this map. Here are the pics.

Just beat OA15 with my alt, All epics team . I tried to take a pic at the end but Claw took out Arctica with Aura3 before I can snapshot it. Anyway I took it right after but you guys can see the team I used for OA15. Good luck to all who try to beat it. It was quite a challenge with epics team.

Completed for almost a week and my missing scroll is still not here.

No reply from Haypi at all.

same problem here. I beat OA expert 15 over a week ago and got no scroll. messaged support twice and finally received a reply today where they said "you already received it." this is completely outrageous! I never received the scroll and have looked everywhere and restarted the game and my device multiple times, and they have the nerve to tell me I already have it? did they even check the logs?! are they even reading these posts? this is yet another big letdown by haypi support.

haypi, if you care AT ALL about the players of your game, please fix this immediately.
