Yellow circle around elements

Anybody else notice yellow circles around some of their monster's elements? If so, anybody know what they mean?

I've looked into it, and it appears to indicate wether the monster has an active Talent or not.
If it does, the circle will light up.

In the picture you posted, only Twiggy appears to have a Talent.
