Findable Epics?

I just encountered a Searbiscuit is Sealed Space Normal-1.
Since when are Epics catchable outside of caves ?

Didn't bother, as I have a breeding pair + S rank already, but the option to use a Seal Card was there, so I would've been able to.

Perhaps there will be new monsters in the current cave and all old epics are now catchable ( server sided change ).

Earlier today I was grinding BL-12 normal for xp and in the course of 2 hours I saw 4 Angelo's. Which would have been seal able in non dual duel modes. Prior to today I caught 2 males, and saw 2 other Angelo's. But to see 4 like that was weird!
Really it wouldnt have mattered if i could seal him, I dont have any cards, due to the fact I have bred Fenrirs 5000 times trying for blizzard talent!

I will have to pay closer attention now to see if I find any seal able epics roaming around.. Definitely will let you guys know if I do.
