Cant log in HM

Can someone please help me?! I cant seem to login to my account, my IGN is gotnoremedy from server 33. I havent missed a day without logging in since april, yesterday would be the first. I've sent the support team my concern/problem, but i havent got any reply yet.

It can take up to 5 workdays for the Support to respond :?.
