My friend have S unicorn , if he make a line up of 4 flush unicorns will it be good for pvp and ladder after he upgrade PT to +5 ?

Probably pretty good for ladder since the ai is retarded and will use pod against flush, giving you an extra turn against almost every monster. In pvp though he'll have every fel ohko fairly frequently.

It hits really hard and is really fast and has good talents, so against Epics it does really well. Unfortunately because many of the new Legendarys out speed it, it will only get you do far.

You are better off trying to make a team with good synergy and/or hope or element advantages.
