Game wont load but my connection wont load

It has always been like this that i almost gave up on Haypi Monster
My internet connection is stable and fast but after 5 min.it still wont load
Any help?
I will play it often if it can load quickly

Might be your device you play on

My other device with the same account wont load either...I didnt try to hack or cheat

Some WiFi's have settings that prevent connecting to the Internet on certain Apps.

Since WiFi deviced came out basically.
Hence why I could log at the forum, but not on the game whilst I was in the hospital.
