You can get it upon reaching VIP-2 or completing Sealed Space 15 Normal Mode.

Or chaotic swamp veteran mode random prize on the wheel.

Actually, I just finished Sealed Space Normal mode right now and it gave me a Kreepie. Maybe it's finishing Sealed Space Vet 15?

It is SS vet gives you bolt bead, SS exp is an advance skill book. I'm sure it's that way around !
