Swindle?

Well what I was thinking is 99% of the time people use pod or weather on the first turn, so ill use swindle and take out 1 pp from each skill. Then second turn they'll use their 120 power skill to kill me, pressure activates and their 120 skill is done. I figure that's worst case scenario. If they don't kill me, I can swindle again or use soak/photo. I could use a taunt partner to buy some turns too. Although I've seen gryph ohko a pod S flight with electrical storm so I can only imagine what he and the stronger orange eggers will do to a D verte.
