Some players on our Server got banned of the ranks & won't receive their weekly rewards.

Hi Jessie,

Players who are caught cheating are automatically disqualified from that week's PVP rewards. A server maintenance will soon be coming to fix some other PVP cheating issues.

Wow, thanks Ailsa for the clarification. Hope the new server maintenance can solve the pvp abuse issue, as IMHO these abuser has gone past beyond the tolerable limits.
