Need help with coin packages

Has anybody got this I need help I can't buy coins. I already messaged the support team, I just wanna see if you guys have a solution, since you guys can reply faster than support. Thanks

Means you got no money in yo account. :-p or it bounced back once and itunes froze you. it does that for 24 hours till it knows you got money again.

But I'm using a debit card and it should take it out of it n I do have money in it lol

it happened to my debit card too. its not your bank its actualy itunes..

So do I just wait it out? Or contact them
