POD STATS

Does anybody know how much of an increase of stats will POD give you?

Much more than anything like the 50 damage moves like Shadow Swipe, Whirl Pool, Flame Whirl, Hot Smoke etc. And I think more than any regular stat boost supplementary skills. In my experience its enough to add a enough defense to survive at least an extra hit making it pretty much a must cast skill unless you need to kill a monster before they set up.
