That sounds like a problem on haypi's side. Every now and then that happens. Usually deleting the app, reinstalling it, and opening it like normal fixes it. It also helps to "kill" it whenever you stop playing for a length of time if you don't already, to do that just close out of the app, double tap the home button, and hold down the app like you would to delete it when that scroll menu comes up at the bottom. If you DON'T kill it then it stays open and will sometimes screw with the connection, making it really laggy. If none of that helps send support a message.
