Need a Pal?

I just started playing this game over a week ago and am already addicted. I made a lot of mistakes on my account before finding this forum and feel like I should just start over before I invest anymore time or money. I am already at lvl 18 and VIP1.

I am looking for someone from server 12.
Also, I would like an S grade monster. I am thinking Flight or Scythe.

I think you didn't understand everything completely.
You can add Pals, but they won't be able to send you monsters, you can only send them monsters.
So if you want an S monster, you'll have to restart and have someone add you as Pal.

Do I still get to keep my old account though? Or do I have to delete it?

You can keep your old account, but you won't have your VIP status on the new account.
To add a Pal, go to Menu > Friends > Add Pal.
