Do the two new Reflective skills take effect if your monster dies trying to reflect the incoming damage?

If I prepare a reflection and then get 1shot will I do any damage to the opponent?

As far as I know, no, it won't.
However, these talents are bugged at the moment and will be fixed in the coming new version. Still, I highly doubt it will work as if your monster is able to reflect the damage back (two-fold for mirror moves). Remember, your monster is using the skill, it is not passive so your monster really has to be alive to use the skill.
