Counter to fenrir?

Just trying to get people's experience on beating fenrir.

Let's keep the discussion to actual experience not theorycraft.

Personally my s ignightmares do terrible against fenrir. Actually then never win.
One is sfb+celestial prayer and the other is a fire last build. I don't have s dracos.


My s verta loses 90% of the time.

So far I found my scythe to be most effective.
Because of
1-sand storm gives chances to dodge and does decent damage.
2-and high physical damage from massive boulder. Fenrir is matk so the def drop doesn't affect me from fen
3 speed lets me land m boulder before fen cast pod taking out 60 % HP.
4- res give me and extra attck

I just use flight with kamikaze, critical hit is a one shot deal. Honestly fenir sucks, no one uses him on 22 anymore and I don't blame them

Invalidate Fenrir is great against POD monsters. We have one on our server and it is one of the toughest opponents to beat. I have had success with using an Ignightmare with celestial prayer to beat that Fenrir. Takes two hits to knock it out.

Will penetrate work on invalidate? Like can a penetrate Flight use PoD against an invalidate Fenrir?

Maybe in theory but from my actual experience.

My Scythe does much much better than Griff.

Griff you need a mob before to setup rain ifyou don't have the talent. By the time griff comes out Fen will have POD and blizz up. Plus your using 2 mobs to fight one. (Bascially in a nut shell the setup taking to f%^King long)

Scythe is more stand alone. The biggest key factor is you can get in a massive boulder before Fen POD's taking out 80% of its hp or ONKO if crit. and the def reduction on the MB doesn't matter because Fen does MATk's.
Also dodge from sandstorm is very OP. And RES is pretty much garenteed win.

If it's a regular fenrir, not a firtitude fenrir, flicker will manage,

I've faced one with blizzard and pod, so I can attack, blizzard, pod, I get to attack three times,

But the dodge rate is kinda crazy in a blizzard.

Yes penetrate cuts through invalidate. A vertedeath pod with penetrate beat out my champ's invalidate. Figures really, fog doesn't affect pod, flush doesn't affect pod (unless they've fixed it) and even invalidate doesn't work if you have that. God forbid should anything prevent money hungry haypi from having noobs spend tons of money to get S epics with pod
