Useful info for those who did not know

Im pretty sure she said she wasnt Support. I am guessing she does the Haypi Monster announcements though, her writing style matches that of whoever does our announcements. Maybe she works as a translator or something.

What happened to me is that I accidentally sold my 2 Adv Skill Books instead of disenchanting it. lol how careful I am.

I've sent an email to Haypi support and got a reply that:
The cooldown for recovering items and monsters is 180 days.
Should have happened within 30 days.
They can retrieve 3 monsters and 3 items at a time.

I dunno why we have diff cooldown but Im still glad that Haypi could possibly return those. I suggest if you lost items or monsters, report it all at once as the cooldown seems to take too long if its 180 days.

Clarify for me please,

If we sac'ed a monster and it was over 30 days ago we are SOL? But if it happened 29 days ago and we report it, we can get said monster back. What do you mean by cooldown of this? Will it take 180 days for them to process it? That's where Im lost. Anyone can Clarify this deal?

EDIT: I understand now that you can get 1 monster back every 180 days.
