So the people invited by my pals will become my pal as well?

Like grandpa, to son, to grandson, like that?

I believe it only goes back to your inviter's inviter and your referrals' referrals - i.e. you won't be pals with your inviter's inviter's inviter (3 generations), etc.
I am not 100% sure but I seem to only have this as my pals.
