How to best use Switch hit, and wind blast?

Should I just d/e them?

How may I put them into good use?

No he doesn't use that.

My friend has a Thor with wind blast. He can't use it in ladder.

I suppose Thor would be an option, but I only have one Thor..his slots are full

My Neon has Wind Blast and it has never been activated in Ladder, so my guess that it's only effective as a PvP skill.

I did a sandstorm and wind blast team. Did fine, unless the enemy is faster or has a healing move/talent.

Wind blast on which mob?

Scythe, it's faster than most monsters. And it can keep refreshing sandstorm + not get hurt by it.
