Ground ABC

I completed all expert levels and i only saw 2-3 ground ABC's

I got a S flight with pod and i need Iaijutsu right now, but i cant get it.

Is there any way to get these Ground advanced easier. i have heard from other forums that in volcano or stone vault they show up more often.
Is this true?

For all of my experience I have seen the PHYSICAL, or ground if you must, chest more often in Stone Vault. I have never paid attention to Volcano though;/
