My penetrate Verte works against all mobs except to a chunky with mf2 so if he got a pod and firebomb well it's gonna be more of a help

I got 2 mf2 chunkies with cunning/mind-bending for this reason. Yeh in that case I would switch out ambush for fire bomb.

maybe im gonna use pod firebomb aurora and cunning for my next penetrate vertedeath i think its gonna be a monster in the ladder

I don't suggest Aurora Borealic, Crymtyme.
It might decrease your MDEF stat and I just don't think it's worth it to put on a monster since it's only useful on Plant types and Fire Bomb is already better for those and it might add a burn debuff. Ice skills are useless if you already have a Fire type one, I believe.
Try and substitute Photosynthesis or Soak and you can use that Vertedeath in PvP and maps as well, not just purely for ladder!

i got monsters build for pvp ....
i wanna focus on my ladder line up at the moment..
im up to aurora because most of the players in my server have no good magical monsters.. so aurora is usefull in my case tnx for the advice anyway.. appreciate it;)
