Yes my alt account did SS expert 1 and 5 in the last week and both had ghost skill books in the wheel

Yup advance book skill of ghost and psychic is available on SS expert 1-15
The description on the reward is wrong I guess
Ghost and psychic book chest are all around SS expert mode
