Didnt recieve bonus coins!

Hello i purchased a 19.99 coin package during the easter event. And i did not recieve my 30% more coins that i was told i would get. Ive sent multiple support messages without any reply. i sent the first 5 days ago so theres no reason i shouldnt have gotten my coins or even a reply. i have screenshots to proove my purchase was made during the event period. And as a frequent customer (over $60 spent) im annoyed by this.

Hi christian! I am sure that they'll be able to help as someone else posted a similar problem and it got fixed. As long as you have the proof (and, most likely, they'll have a record of your purchase as well), it is just a matter of time for them to reward you this.
I'm sure a support staff will reply soon. ^^

Hopefully they respond, I had the same problem in hd a while back and they just completely ignored me.

Hi,

If you sent a letter to Support in game, make sure you check your Support mailbox, which is separate from your usual mailbox. You can access it under Menu > Help > Support.
