Hi Ailsa..I'm using ipad mini iOS 6..my user. Is geofer0012 server 19.. I tried to buy a $50 coins but my iTunes gift card credit is $100..it keeps telling me purchase cannot be completed..contact your iTunes Store support..

Have you updated your appleid security questions? I had to do this about 3 months ago to use any kind of payment. Also had a friend that had same situation and after updating them everything worked normally. Try going to this link and just follow instructions.
