Thunderstorm - Where?

Cannot find it! Gone through canyon expert 5x and no luck. Does it exist? Somewhere else?

To be honest, did you think that if you do a map's veteran/expert mode five times you would've seen all the skills that it would have dropped? Most people have trouble even seeing one book with five tries. And yes, its in canyon expert.

Seeing a bunch of physical advanced skills and no electric skills myself :/ doesn't make me feel better that the skill book for canyon is physical and not electric either lol. I know it's there because I already got one but it's still irritating.
