Which expert lv is more likely to drop skillbooks?

I heard that expert 10 is more likely to drop skill books.

Also heard that expert 1-5 may have higher chances.

Just wondering which theory is true,

Is there any difference between among different levels?

I really really need skill books....please advise which expert lv I should farm.

any specific types on the respective maps itself, for normal types attacks like laijustu are scattered around everywhere. but imo, laijustu is easier to be seen on volcanoes as from what i'v heard, most got it from there and i myself got two laijustus in two days, considering lucky.

i've been farming at volcano map 2, was pretty luck didnt expect to see two in two days, good luck to you too, will soon find it!

expert 2? I guess it reall is random.
I thought you had to go to higher level to get skill books, guess that's not true
