At what level do you turn in normal crystal blocks for dailies?

It's random.

since the patch, I've had the purple crystal quest everyday. since I started playing I've never seen the block quest.

Crystal daily quest is now dependent on your level, the higher level you are the higher type of crystal you are tasked to look for e.g. @ Lvl 21 - Simple Crystal Block after i turned 22 - Normal Crystal Block

so if I'm lv23, they will never ask me to turn in fragments?

im now 23 and they're asking me to get super crystal blocks everyday.

Yea I don't like it based on level. Random was better. What's the point of doing same level over and over... At least they should give option to trade in any kind of the same color like normal crystal block or gem should be accepted. I'd rather do the expert levels than the intermediate.

Or accept any item that is higher in the chain so gems are Higher than blocks and blocks are higher than fragments... It takes so long to lvl up and will be annoying to stay same quest for a month for levels I habe already played through 50 times... Sadly I sold my blocks before the update because it never asked for them
