If you are asking can u breed any evolved form of a monster the answer is yes you can. A Meniss will breed with a kreepie. If this is the question ur asking.

Honestly a B shriek isn't gonna be much help in anything. But neither is an E+ meniss. So you could either train meniss just to sacrifice for blessing or just focus on another monster you'll actually use.

yeah im trying to be patient and wait to get enough seal cards to catch meniss again (the first time i forgot to check what gender it was, now i have two males lol).
