it can be either male or female. so yes you can catch a female neo there.

Seems like neon is a tiny bit better in everything except speed, but speed is probably rhor's best asset because he goes before pretty much everything.

yea but with adaptability, Neon pretty much one shot everything except for Rock elemental of coz.

Adaptability is so good that 3 of the monsters in my team have it. It's TOO good.

Where can you find Bolt bead to evolve an ipothetically second Neo?
Only SS veteran 15?
