Draconius learns wildfire and stops there. You'll have to manually teach him everything else. But maybe they'll up the level maximum in the next patch and they'll learn more? We'll see. But for now, it stops at wildfire.

Sewage 10 Magical 45 90 Increase Dodge, May heal you
Whirlpool 10 Magical 45 90 Decrease MDEF, May heal you

Your choice. Personally, I'd prefer Sewage.

All monster's will become level 40. But the evolution and skills will have a major effect on gameplay. [I've heard that class rankings also have an effect].

Class ranking has an effect. A grade D Lupa pales in comparison to a grade S Lupa. Plus I checked with different grades of Smack, the difference in max health was noticeable.
