Account information wrong?

Help me, this morning i open and found out that my level decrease from lvl13 to 10 l. My monsters and monster levels are not the same anymore, my money and coins also decreased. My avatar turned from boy to girl. And my friends on friendlist disappeared. How do i fix this?

Are you sure it's the same account? Someone else could have logged in to your device to play HM.

Haypi Monster accounts are case sensitive. Please make sure you've entered the same account name and password, if you still encounter the same problem please contact your in-game support via SETTINGS-HELP-SUPPORT or monstersupport@haypi.com.
