Expert Mode

so someone asked for a list of all expert mode restrictions and I cant find where it was posted so ill just put it here. I don't really play too much anymore in the sense that I really just farm past levels for moves and train my other monsters up so its only completed up to Canyon expert 4, anyone further is welcomed to complete it. also I apologize for it not being the nicest or even easiest to read, just threw it together
