What if a player is just really the best in the server regarding PvP?
In my server, only one player occupies the top position for multiple weeks. I don't think he's getting the +10 from matches anymore. When I lost to him, it was only +9/-9. He also mentioned that this happened prior to to our match.

Would that be considered deliberately lowering scores (for the losers) if one player dminates the PvP?

The larger the difference in score, the less points you will get/lose. This is to prevent people boosting right away from account with 1500 score.
I'm sure Haypi has a way to monitor PvP thoroughly, and they will see that the person you lost to wins every match against any player. This would prove neither of the players is guilty to PvP Boosting.

I always do really well in pvp fair and sqaure, now this update has ruined it for, me I get 5 points for beating someone with a high score but I lose 19 if I beat someone with a high score

Okay now I'm experiencing the changes myself. Finally won two matches and it only gave me +4 and then +3. It usually still gives +10 when the lower score is within 300 points. Then sometimes even I'm 2000+ score and get +10 from 1600's. It would be nice to know exactly how the scores are calculated.
