does anyone notice the dream thief skill i try ti use it but there is no damage at all am i the only one experiencing this problem or some of you guys have the same problem too?

I still dont know what or where is Weather System ingame?

Anyone can tell me more about this?

Weather system is the sun or rain or whatever that happens in quest mode... Depends on weather. If raining it helps water types, stuff like that. Also, some talents activate if the weather matches, like if it says when the weather is scorching means when it's sunny "the sun icon" during battle

Also, the weather will be seen as soon as you start on the map. It's on the middle left of the screen.
