so where does the loyal player stand now?

just going to utterly rage right now ... it is unacceptable to remove coins that have been paid for via normal channels. I have spent a fortune in coins on this server alone as many other people have in my alliance yet because of one "coin loader" who we had no idea about nor asked to be a part of.. haypi takes away all our coins money and resorces and army. coins money and resorces that loyal and rule abiding player have spent money on. not only does haypi do this once.. in our upset and confusion we letter support but recieve no answer (This was 5 days ago).. so yesterday i letter them asking them what happened, in the mean time our whole alliance is donating hundreds of more $ to rebuild and make up for this "glitch".. we log in this morning to find... nothing... no resorces.. no coins... no money.. and no army AGAIN. so not only did haypi rip us off once... but TWICE!!!!

i have been playing haypi kingdom for 2 and a half years. i have spend thousands for dollars on every server i have played on. i have never not once being so truely angry and disappointed in support. I feel cheated. why is the only letter i got in reply was a generic "warning" letter from support saying that because of a coin loader donated coins they have taken away everything. and this was received only on round 2 of having everything from us. then have the nerve to "thank" me for my cooperation and support... i in no way shape or form "support" you cheating me out of money. and the content of this letter sounds be in an accusing manner. as if i or any of the other players that stick to the rules have done something in which we deserve this treatment.
Support.... you need to explain and fix this!!!!!!! :x :x :x

Hello,
We have noticed that your alliance had received donations from cheap coins buyer. However, his/her coins were gained illegally: he/she purchased these coins via an unauthorized 3rd-party platform. Therefore, we had taken away the money, coins, resources and troops from your alliance, since you had spent part of your coins.
At Haypi, it is our wish to build a community that is fair for all players. We would like to discourage players from getting ahead through exploitative means.
Thank you for your cooperation and support. Let's abide by the rules so that we can enjoy the game together with other players.

Yes that is the exact genric letter you sent us all after you took everything away the second time.
This coin loader you are talking about left the alliance before i and many of the other members joined yet we have had all the money we have spent on your game taken from us.. TWICE! Why would i spend hundreds to thousands of dollars in money on a game that can take my money and give me nothing in return other then a letter saying that because of another player that i never met or even knew about till now, they are taking away everything that me and other legit players have spent our money on. I have, in 2 and a half years, never had an issue with support.
However this is unjust and uncalled for.

i have legally paid for a product that I am within every right to have. Telling me it is because of another player that is within your game that i dont know, that i have just thrown hundreds of dollars away? unaccepable!

How are we going to fix this support? Where do us legit players stand when it comes to you taking our $$$ ?
and why have you taken everything from us twice? wasnt the first lot of free money enough?

Dear player

Your alliance received thousands of illegal coins and you had spent most of them.

Best regards,
Haypi Kingdom Team

That is not an answer. you can repeat that over and over but you have taken from us twice now. if we start donating more where will it end. you take it away the first time as you feel ripped off but in doing that you have punished and ripped off everyone that is buying legally. but because i letter you to try sort it out you took everything that we were donating and building in that week period. That must be given back. none of that had anything to do with "illegal coins".

im not paying you money so you can take it away to sort out someone elses problem. im paying you money so that i can enjoy the game.

Miss, in the most respectful way I can put this, you play Haypi's game, u follow their rules. You agreed to their terms of service and use, which makes the user liable for any losses. Stop complaining because there's nothing you can do.
Also, it would take quite an obliviously 'unintelligent' person to think that someone would join and donate hundreds of dollars worth of coins for nothing in return. Furthermore, you didn't even report it! If you had reported this coin loader, and not spent any of the coins, then you would have had a chance at keeping everything. You should be blaming yourself, not support.

Sincerely, the infamous Hk

maybe you should read the full story before you try to sound "intelligent" ... This coin loader had left before i even joined. i didnt know about them or even met them. i knew nothing about anyone coin loading.

how can I report something i knew nothing about and wasn't even around to see it happening.

Your post is invalid.

I feel for you miss and understand your frustrations. I would contact apple or whom ever you use and stop payment.
