the ability to send server letter announcement
Like how alliance letters work, but do it on a larger scale like the whole server. I wonder if its possible to have this implement, and if support want to charge a small fee, that's fine. 
Because I was thinking of hosting a lottery to celebrate that lucky Florida person who won $370m after taxes, and was hoping to be able to send 1 letter to top 100 players w/o other players whose not in top 100 from receiving the letter
instead of sending 100 separate letters to 100 different people. That just a pain in the butt lol
