Unable to buy from market

I get an error message saying 'unknown error:21' when attempting to buy more res than my warehouse can hold. Sure I don't want resources to go to waste, but there are many times you don't have a choice, price difference means you pay less anyway or it's only slightly mmore than what you can hold. Please fix.

that error appears when resources you intend to purchase exceed your warehouse's max capacity.
Please try to purchase less resources in order to avoid resources waste.

I feared it was intentional. There are many times you might want to buy more than you can hold. 3 examples-help ally member get money, make an opposing ally spend more to keep troops alive by bbuying cheaper crops, or it may just be cheaper (449k iron at. 01 vs. 300k aat. 02). Please restore original function.
