Unknown error

What is going in? I am a paying customer and cannot play! You keep saying you will fix it and it constantly comes up with unknown error 2002 is everything that same error?? Are you leaving HK to die off? If so just shut it down and be done with it. I will not attempt playing or paying in any more of your games til you respond and clarify HK demise!!!
