trouble buying coins...

hi support im trying to buy coin package of 270 coins and im getting this message "an invalid parameter was entered shipping address id" and it wont allow me to buy them i have entered all details correctly tried reinstalling the app but still the same anyone have any ideas?

I do know that iTunes handles these transactions (if your using an idevice) so you should try contacting them.....

Also, it sounds like this is not the problem, but you can only buy coins if your using the iTunes acct you downloaded the game with.

Not true. I downloaded haypi with one iTunes account and bought a few coins using a different account

If you redeem your itunes card in itunes, and then have a store credit, buying haypi coins would be deducted from the credit.

I'm bumping this because I've encountered some major problems buying the $50 and $100 coin packages. I get an error that tells me to contact iTunes to complete the purchase. I can buy plenty of $20 packages just fine. What gives? I'm being cheated out of coins!

i redeemed 10 $ gift card in my itunes. when i going to buy coins, apple ask me abute my credit cards! i don't have it and can't buy coins yet.
when i going to musics and click to buy key, i tunes load my 10$ balance! but when going to softwares and coins don't load it!!!
