Can't log in

Iv read thro that a fewppl have had the same prob, iv waited 15 mins still couldn't get in, deleted an reloaded still can't log in, I an in perfect reception, I don't kno wat to do I'v got troops out I'll lose press, and I was halfway thro abattel so I wlda lost troops,  y is thisdoing it?? Will I be reimbursed for the loss?? It's never done this b4 is it the new update? can suport do anything?
