Treasure? :(

I received 2 silver boxes from hunts, and i decided to download some apps to get the coins to open them... unfortunately, once i opened the 1st box, my 2nd box disappeared... Why?

I'm so sad, especially cuz i only got a nugget out of the first >_<
this is a very... stressful update...

Before you opened any of the silver chest, did you take a screenshot of the treasure menu.

Yes- Take another screenshot of your treasure menu, and send them to support

Not many people take screen shots of their treasure room...
What makes you think they can't fix it?

they wont fix it without evidence to know that you arent trying to cheat them.

im sure your not but they have to be certain
