Keyboard from chat stuck on screen

Hi haypi
This is Soupsauce, I attacked a fellow player for his catapults he left out at 555,113. This happened at 2011-01-15 17:29:51. I tryed to exit alliance chat to command the battle but the chat keyboard was stuck on the screen covering the action button to command the battle. I tryed to exit haypi to restart it and get to the command but haypi froze my phone for 40 secs. I could not take a screen shot at this time or turn my phone off. When i got in ,finally, i had lost about 7525 archers and had to with draw from the battle costing me 5 coins which i hate spending. I would greatly appreciate being reimbursed for the troop loss which was not due to my lack of attention or poor commanding, but for a glitch in the app i pay money for every few weeks. I have spent at least 160$ on coins for this game and lots of coins have gone to instant finish on archers. I really cant afford the loss of 7.5k archers thats about 5 builds meaning 50 coins. Sadly it has happened to me, the keyboard was frozen on the screen, mine was due to my ipod though, the 2g one has horrible memory space .-.

Well, it doesn't require coins, and that may have been your device, but i would email kingdomsupport@haypi.com if i were you

Yes i was just stating that i am a haypi addict, i love the game, i love coins, im not about to stop giving these people money, just hoping they would see it as benificial to refund my troops. If they look at my account they can see how much money ive put into my kningdom.

Just make sure you email them, that is the quickest (and only way i have found) to get help or an answer
