Upgrades knocked down

Ok, so I'm a newbie but I'm sure this isn't right--resources that I upgraded to level 2--when I logged back on later were back at level 1. I didn't close this app. Until the upgrade was complete. Closed, came back and guess what??? I was kicked back down to level 1 and the resources I had used were not replenished. Call me crazy but, wasn't I cheated??? Also, I want to now if it is possible for an alliance leader to need your password to log into your account to give you coins? I don't think so but I got kicked out of an alliance for not complying.

1) crooked alliance. dont get involved with them.

2) you probably just hit upgrade to lvl 1 on one of your mines, when you thought they were already level 1. if you are sure thats not the case, email support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com and tell them your problem.

Messed up alliance, that leader is simply trying to scam you, if u have the letter or a ss, email it to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and that person will be punished, also, are you on android? because that would explain all the problems with levels, cuz the android version is still fairly new and has some glitches, or it may just be what yodac said

also, was there some lag? that sometimes changes things.
