Can't create a new city

Hi guys
I'm new to this game but and i got a problem
I can't create a city on a blank place - I'm 3rd Baron and got enough resources...
it always tells me that I can't create a city in that place...
what shall I do now?
I saw some1 with the same problem but no one could help him...so I gave it a second try...

hope some1 can help me

....btw I'm using Android

have you named the city? try and make it at a different spot, if it still doesnt id contact support and your only allowed 1 sub city at 3rd Baron btw

Yeah i tried to give it different names and that "would" be my first city...
Uhm can u tell me how to contact the support

or just do the following steps
go on help -> support -> scroll down and theres a sentence 'If you have anyfurther question or suggestion, please feel free to contact us by clicking here' -> click it -> type inyour question

They have given pretty good instructions. To make another city, please do the following:

Completed the Upgrade to 3rd Baron Task

Click on the Upgrade to 3rd Baron Task and Click Get Rewards

Go to the map then click on a blank space

Click enter

Click Build City - this requires 1000 of each resource

Please note you can only have 2 cities at 3rd baron.

If this doesn't work please give support time to respond, they are very busy.

If you're still having issues, try using the email.
When you message support in game, you're limiting your message to only few people on that particular server.
By sending an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com you have a better chance of a swift response.
