I have been recently attack 6 times each time I was not given an alert and altogether I lossed over 150k prestige one time I hopped on seconds b4 the attack to recall from a hunt and my troops magical apeared in my city WTH i think either someone has gotten passed the games notification system or haypi has a major bug I do not buy coins but my father does and on average he gives me 40 coins a month in treasure if this is not fixed or explained why and it is not hidden attacks I will soon quit haypi!
Re: No war alert glitch
u sure u turned notifications on?
Re: No war alert glitch
Push notifications aren't the most reliable thing anyway for ANY app you have. Just the nature of being server to server to device means there is going to be a definite delay from the time they issue the attack until the time you receive the notification

1. Hidden Attack
2. Server lag
3. Network Connection Issues
4. Reliability of Push Notifications
Many many factors!

Re: No war alert glitch
I had the same thing. Posted thread of it I think it's because of multitasking (not sure about your case). For me if I just click home button once (running ios4.0.1) Haypi keeps running in the background and any attacks won't alert you (badge or sound) but if you close Haypi completely (quit haypi then double click home; make Haypi icon wiggle then press '-' to completely quit Haypi) then it does notify with a sound and a blue badge that looks like you got a message. I don't know if Haypi will have sound notifications for alerts even when you are in game and looking at your screen but for now I've been quitting haypi completely to avoid the lack of notifications
. Hope that helps

Re: No war alert glitch
Mine does the opposite. Lately I have had a notifications saying "Attention Corki you are getting attcacked by BrianXXXX" (i put the x's cause i cant remember the numbers that follow his name). I then check actions for every city immediately afterwards and there is no incoming troops. I also check my mail for any war report but there is none there. I don't think he would be attcking and calling back as this happens 3 or 4 times a day.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOW!

Darn that's weird. I don't know which I would prefer no notifications or notifications spam

You know it would be darn weird if he really did attack you like 4/5 times a day and called back lol
