Dispatch bug which caused troops gone

It should be a bug that I lost most of my troops when I was trying to dispatch them from main city to a branch.
Account is Francislck, date is 2010 Oct 8th 3 PM Japanese Standard time. I dispatch two troops to one branch to prepare for take a level 2 fort, they are sent almost same time maybe 30 seconds gap, one (8 cats) reached but the other one( around 56 inf and 459 cats) were gone without anything remaining in the action and mail, I also prepared enough crops at destination for the troops.
I want my troops back, there is no ss since it happened suddenly.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FAST! THANKS!

You would have been informed.

And in future you won't get your units back... no proof no evidence and then people will take advantage of the system.

Did you take into account the fact that the 2nd army takes considerably longer to reach its destination?
