t not just write "help me". Here are some things which makes it easier for support the infotmation:
1.account name ..................... Ladydeath... alliance.. fearless
2. date .................................... 6/4/11
3. What happened...............sever crashed durning battle...lost all of troops
4. Other circumstances..................
5. Suggestions why it happened.......couldnt command while sever down
6. What you want.... troops back and prestige back please
7. Maybe ss .......................... i have them but i dont know how to put them on here

No need to state your alliance...
Using your device:

• You need the photobucket app
• Make an acct
• Go to upload media
• Choose the ss from your album
• Wait till it loads then go to "my albums"
• Tap on the ss and go to the small "i" at the bottom right corner
• Copy the img and paste it on the forums

Using a pc:
• Go to the full editor (if you're replying to a topic)
• Scroll down and go to "upload attachment"
• Click on choose file
• Find the picture you want to post
• Click add file and it should appear under "posted attachments"
• Also, click preview if you want to see how your post will look like

Bad advice.

I have FOUR emails this past week from support asking for my alliance name -- despite it being in my reporting emails (along with all other relevant information).

Include:

Your Account Name
Server Number
Alliance Name
What Happened, including what you lost
When it Happened
How it Happened

and conclude with what you want as a resolution.

Dont ya love generic replies that dont solve anything :] i do

But you were also the person who spammed posts saying 'fix this' 'fix that' it's no wonder you received 4 asking for your alliance name instead of one
