Important Bug!

I have a positive credit balance on my itunes account because of gift cards. When I purchased coins not only was the money taken off my account but it was also charged to my credit card. (So I was charged double essentially)

I also realize that when you don't have enough money in your account then it will charge the rest to your credit card but this is not the case. I had 50 in my account and only bought 20 dollars worth of coins.

I also know that in other apps you can buy things using just your account balance including zombie farm and Gonal.

Can my account please be reimbursed for 19.99 plus tax? Thank you.

U might wanna send an email too kingdomsupport@haypi.com with a ss of your inbox msg saying u have bought blah blahy coins for blah usd then a ss of your itunes balance and cc balance
