chat not working

hi there .. just wondered if it was me or has the chat gone down ?

I can't use the in game chat anymore either. I'm using the latest app update on an iPhone 3GS os 4.0

1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game
