Mail Box bug

My Mail Box do not open. Its loading loading and loading but it comes nothing. Need help.

Have you tried closing out of the app and opening it again?

You may just need to try opening it up at a later time. Happens to me sometimes with the World Chat

1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game
